LANCASTER, Pa. – After a sensational all-around performance in a weekend tournament, Ursinus College men's basketball's Shane Stark was honored as the Centennial Conference player of the week.

Stark was a do-it-all force as the Bears split a pair of games to take third place in the Hilton Scranton Invitational. He averaged 18.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, just missing double-doubles in both ends of the tournament and even flirting with a triple-double in the opener.

Stark finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and three steals in a 92-83 loss to St. Lawrence on Saturday before capping the event with 19 points, nine boards, and four assists in Sunday's 93-75 defeat of Hartwick. Both games represented career highs in scoring, and Stark was 9-of-16 from the floor in each contest.

Through the season's first four games, Stark leads the team in rebounding (8.0 per game) and assists (3.8 per game). He ranks within the conference's top six in both categories.

The men's basketball team kicks off CC play Tuesday night with a home date against Haverford.
