Men's Basketball falls on road to McDaniel

WESTMINSTER, Md. – Ursinus got 21 points from senior guard Ryan Adams and 18 points from senior guard Jesse Krasna, but, McDaniel made a 13-point halftime lead stick as the Green Terror (13-4, 8-2 Centennial) defeated Ursinus (2-15, 0-10 Centennial) 78-69 in men's basketball action on Saturday at Gill Center.

Ursinus made 50 percent of its shots in the second half (17-for-34) but McDaniel matched it with a 60.7 percent field percentage as the Green Terror remained near the top of the Centennial standings.

Freshman guard John Kanas continues his strong play scoring ten points, while sophomore guard Malik Draper netted 11 points on the day.

McDaniel was led by 15 points off the bench from Nick Perugino and 11 points from Duane Echols.

Ursinus held a 34-32 lead on the glass with Adams grabbing eight and Draper going for six. Krasna had seven assists in the loss.

The Bears host Haverford on Tuesday.
