ROCKLAND, Mass. – For the second time this season, senior Kristina Steffenhagen of the Ursinus College gymnastics team was named Specialist of the Week by the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association, the organization announced Monday.

Steffenhagen made sure her last home meet was one to remember, scoring a season-best 9.800 to win the beam as Ursinus posted a 189.750-185.525 victory in a dual meet with Springfield, its highest point total of the year.

The Bears' lone senior also placed second on the floor with a 9.650.

Steffenhagen and the rest of her counterparts will Cortland, New York for the NCGA East Championships on Sunday, March 6.
