Tyler Morder joined the Ursinus College baseball staff in the summer of 2019. 

Morder comes to Collegeville after a two-year stint as an assistant at Cabrini, where he helped the Cavaliers cut their league ERA in half during his tenure. Morder mentored two all-conference pitchers and called a no-hitter against Dickinson during the 2019 campaign, when Cabrini won the inaugural America East Conference regular-season title. 

A former collegiate athlete, Morder was a pitcher at Seton Hill University, where he compiled an 11-4 record and 84 strikeouts across 123 innings. Morder earned wins in both the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament and NCAA regional, helping to guide the Griffins to a Division II World Series appearance. He was also an active member of the Education Club while at Seton Hill.

Morder graduated in 2017 with a degree in elementary education/special education and recently completed a master's degree in education. Morder and his family reside in Palmyra, Pa.
