Jeff Endy returned to his alma mater prior to the 2018 season, serving as defensive backs coach as well as the team's video coordinator before taking over as recruiting coordinator and special teams coordinator in 2020.

A former defensive back himself, Endy leads weekly film breakdowns and game planning and recruits Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Jersey. As the program's media coordinator, he also creates social media graphics for weekly program and recruiting purposes.

After the 2018 campaign, Mitch Bradford and Jack Spingler received All-Centennial Conference honors under Endy's guidance.

Before coming to Ursinus, Endy spent two years in the same role at King's College.

Endy graduated from Ursinus in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and minors in coaching and education. He also owns a Pennsylvania teaching certification in secondary mathematics.
