NORFOLK, Va. – The Ursinus College men's and women's swimming programs were each among the more than 450 institutions that were named Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), continuing a long established standard of excellence in the classroom.
The Scholar All-America awards recognize teams that achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2020 fall semester. The Ursinus women earned a 3.70 GPA, while the men tallied a 3.35.
The women posted one of the highest grade-point averages in Division III, with only 24 institutions bettering their mark.
The CSCAA will present another set of Scholar All-America recipients following the spring semester.
