COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The remnants of the recent winter storm have brought about several changes to the weekend athletics schedule.
Saturday's home baseball doubleheader against New Jersey City has been postponed, and no makeup date has yet been announced.
The tennis matches against Franklin & Marshall will now be played inside the Floy Lewis Bakes Center, with the women getting underway at 10 a.m. and the men to follow.
The track and field teams planned to send a handful of multi athletes to West Chester for the Golden Ram Invitational on Saturday, but that meet has been cancelled.
Additionally, the men's and women's golf teams have postponed the annual Revolutionary Classic, which was set for Saturday and Sunday at Patriots Glen National Golf Club. No official makeup date has been set, but Ursinus is exploring the weekend of April 7-8 as a possible date to reschedule the tournament.
