STUDENT POSITIONS
Broadcasters: Play-by-play and color commentators needed for a variety of sports. No experience necessary, but sport-specific knowledge is preferred.
Announcers: Perform public address role at games, with pre-game (starting lineups, etc) and in-game (announce goal scorers, etc) duties. No experience necessary.
Camera operators/filmers: Operate the live-streaming cameras at games. No experience necessary.
Producers: Oversee the production of athletics live streams. Switch between multiple camera angles, insert stat graphics, and play college and conference messaging during breaks. Experience with TriCasters is a big plus.
Statisticians: Assist the athletic communications staff with the collection of in-game stats for a variety of sports. Positions open for both callers and inputters. Sport-specific knowledge is a plus.
Videographers: Create compelling video content for use on the athletics website and social media channels.
Graphic Designers: Create engaging graphics and visual content for the purpose of highlighting the accomplishments of Ursinus teams and student-athletes on the athletics website and social channels.
Photographers: Assist the athletic communications office with in-game photography, head shots, team photos, and more.
Writers: Assist the athletic communications staff with written content, including game recaps, feature stories, game notes, and more.
Podcasting staff: Assist the athletic communications office with the creation and production of an athletics-specific podcast. On-air and behind-the-scenes talent roles are needed.
